With our CNC machines, we manufacture custom parts with micron-level precision in all sizes and dimensions. We process aluminum, titanium, stainless steel, copper alloys, and engineering plastics to design complex geometric prototypes or mass production parts for the oil, automotive, aerospace, and medical device industries. Our laser cutting technology enables high-speed cutting of sheet metal, composite panels, and technical plastics up to 20 mm thick, ensuring edge smoothness and minimal heat deformation. In bending processes, we use hydraulic presses and robotic systems to achieve ±0.1 mm tolerance, shaping special angled and curved forms with precision. We provide project-based engineering solutions supported by FEM (Finite Element Analysis) to optimize material stress distribution and guarantee final product performance through durability tests.

Plastic Injection Molding

We offer customized injection molding services using 40 types of engineering plastics, including polypropylene (PP), ABS, PEEK, and polycarbonate.
